NEW and Returning Student
Registration 5 Step Process
including new Kindergarten Students
Follow the steps below, print out the registration confirmation at the end of
the online registration process and then come to
Kindergarten Registration on May
2nd 10:00-6:00.
STEP 1: Please take a few minutes to acknowledge several Gwinnett District Student/Parent agreements. You can also complete the Alcova Registration Contribution/Fee form online. www02.mypaymentsplus.com/default.aspx
STEP 2:
Complete this online registration form:
Registration Form. Note: NEW kindergarten students must be 5 yrs old by
Sept. 1st.

Continue with the steps below.
STEP 2: If your child is NEW to Alcova (including being a new Kindergarten student), please be aware that your child will not be entered into our student database and assigned a teacher until ALL required documents are received. Please make copies ahead of time, if possible.
For
new students (including new Kindergarten students): Bring in
this required documentation to the school any Wednesday between the hours of
8:00 &
1:00.
STEP 3: Do you have
a Parent Portal Account? If not, you will want to complete
and turn in the
Parent Portal Registration form. The Parent Portal is one way for you to
keep up with your child's classroom performance. You can see their weekly
grades, quarterly grades and all other vital student information.
STEP 4: School Nutrition Program
A. Brand new families to Alcova with no siblings already here can complete free and reduce lunch applications online. www.schoollunchapp.com/Terms.aspx?host=gwinnett.schoollunchapp.com&apply=1
B. All students are required to reapply for Free & Reduced Lunch each year.
STEP 5: Alcova
Elementary Kindercamp will be July 8-11 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. If
you are interested in signing your child up for Kindercamp, please complete this
