NEW and Returning Student Registration Steps
including new Kindergarten Students
Follow the steps below and then come to Orientation at Alcova on August 4th between the hours of 8:30 and 10:30.

STEP 1:  Complete this online registration form: Registration Form. Note: NEW kindergarten students must be 5 yrs old by Sept. 1st.
Please Note: This DOES NOT complete the registration process. Continue with the steps below.

STEP 2: If your child is NEW to Alcova (including being a new Kindergarten student), please be aware that your child will not be entered into our student database and assigned a teacher until ALL required documents are received. Please make copies ahead of time, if possible.

            For new students (including new Kindergarten students): Bring in this required documentation to the school any Wednesday between the hours of
             8:00 & 1:00.
           

STEP 3: Complete and turn in the Parent Portal Registration form. This will give you online access to your child's school information such as attendance, grades,
                 etc.

STEP 4: School Nutrition Program

    A. For new Kindergarten students only: If you already have older siblings at Alcova receiving free or reduced lunch, please complete this form to temporarily add the kindergarten student.  Temporary Free & Reduced Form in Spanish

    B. Brand new families to Alcova with no siblings already here can complete free and reduce lunch applications on orientation day, August 4th.

    C. All students are required to reapply for Free & Reduced Lunch each year. These forms will be available on August 4th.

STEP 5: Come to Orientation on August 4th between the hours of 8:30 & 10:30. Students who have completed the entire registration process including turning in all required documents if new to Alcova, will get to go straight to your assigned teacher's classroom to meet your  new teacher!
