Annistown Elementary School Student Clubs and Organizations Annistown Ambassadors

Mission	The Ambassador program is a way to explain policies, procedures and programs to new students who enter Annistown throughout the year. Each 3rd-5th grade classroom has 2 Ambassadors who act as a new student's buddy to assist them as needed. A tour is given so that they understand what the school has to offer and how these activities work. All staff members are introduced to the new student to help the student feel comfortable and welcome. Annistown Ambassadors also participate in school wide activities that promote a safe and positive school climate.

Planned Activities	Ambassadors participate in and promote the following school wide programs: No TV for a Week program by making news announcements and posters. Red Ribbon Week Tutoring younger children Anti Bullying Campaign
