The Collins Hill Community School office issues Certificate of Attendance.
Their hours are Monday thru Thursday 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. During school hours the student can obtain the form outside the door of the office, fill it out-place the form and the $3.00 fee required in the envelope provided – then place the sealed envelope in the metal security box outside the office door. These instructions are listed on the bulletin board above the forms and metal box.
Processing time is 48 hours.
The student may come back to the office after 48 hours to ask the office staff for their completed form.
The Certificate of Attendance is good for 30 days, except when obtained during the last week of school for the students that have summer birthdays. Then it is good for the remainder of the summer until the next school year starts in August.
Certificate of Attendance is required for a GA Driver’s permit and GA Driver’s license.
