Gwinnett County Care Teams are a part of the Safe and Drug Free Schools campaign.  The Craig Elementary Care Team is comprised of adults who are willing to make a long term commitment to students with social, emotional, and/or academic concerns.  The team functions by providing, creating, and networking resources in order to assist students.
