I am Mrs. Angie Wright, and I am pleased to introduce myself to you as Craig Elementary School’s Principal. It is with a great sense of gratitude that I lead one of the top Gwinnett County Public Schools. Craig Elementary is an outstanding school that has benefited from strong, caring, and dedicated teachers. I pledge my full support, hard work, and dedication to continuing that tradition of excellence.

It is my pleasure to welcome each of you to Craig Elementary School.  My staff and I are excited to have you and your child as a member of the Craig family and wonderful learning community. Working collaboratively we will encounter new opportunities and challenges that will make for an even better learning environment for our students and enable each of them to be successful.

In addition, my staff and I look forward to continuing the close family relationship that has been built with the community.  You are encouraged to become an active participant in your child’s education by communicating regularly with your child’s teacher(s), assisting your child with homework, volunteering at the school, taking advantage of the many resources available through the Parent Center and by joining the school PTA.  Your participation and support of our learning environment at Craig is greatly needed and appreciated.

The 2011 - 2012 school year promises to be the best yet with our focus continuing to be on TEACHING and LEARNING with an emphasis on LEARNING. Craig Elementary embraces the importance of serving the community and their families to ensure that each child reaches his or her maximum learning potential. We know with your continued support and our collaborative efforts, we will continue making a difference…One learner at a time!
