New hires must attend an Employee Benefits Orientation on their first day of work. To schedule an orientation, please go to Events Calendar.

Required Documents for Employee Benefits Orientation!
- Identification to complete I-9 - click here to review the list of acceptable documents. You will be required to present either one (1) document from list A OR one (1) document from list B AND one (1) document from list C. Federal Law requires that you must present original documents.
- Copy of Certified Marriage certificate, Birth certificates, Social Security numbers, and birth dates for dependents (if applicable).
- Social Security numbers and birth dates of those you will name as beneficiaries.
