    Who's Eligible?
    When can participation begin?
    Eligible Employees:
    Full-time employees working 20 hours or more per week

    Eligible Dependents:
    Spouse, dependent children to age 19 (Or to age 26 if a full-time student)

    First of the month after 30 days of continuous employment
    Listed below are the maximum yearly contributions for the Dependent Care FSA. There is no minimum yearly contribution.
    Single or Married (Filing jointly)

    Married (Filing separately)



    To find you per paycheck contributions, please divide the total amount you would like to contribute for the plan year by the number of paychecks you receive in the plan year.
