Eyemed Vision plan offers a vision-care network that included major vision care providers, such as LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, Target, and JCPenneys, as well as, including a network of private practitioners. Using an in-network provider allows you to receive care at not cost or minimal out-of-pocket expense.
Finding a Provider
To find a list of Eyemed providers, click here and follow the below directions:
- Click on the drop down menu under "Locate a Provider" on the Eyemed website
- Choose "Select" and enter your zip code
- Click the "Submit" button to see a list of providers in your area
