Using an in-network provider allows you to receive care at no cost or minimal out-of-picket expense.
Finding a Provider
To find a list of EyeMed providers, click here and follow the below directions:
- Click on the drop down menu under "Locate a Provider" on the EyeMed website
- Choose "Select" and enter your zip code
- Click the "Submit" button to see a list of providers in your area
