Benefit-eligible employees have the opportunity to enroll in the group legal plan. This plan provides access to professional legal assistance for the employee and family members. ARAG Group legal plan offers the choice of two plans; the Ultimate Advisor Plan and the Access Plan.
The Ultimate Advisor Plan is a comprehensive plan that provides a full range of legal services and protection. Benefits include legal representation - over the phone or face-to-face legal advise and consultation.
That Access Plan provides affordable basic legal coverage. Members receive a toll-free telephone access to an attorney within the ARAG nationwide Attorney Network for their legal questions.

- Dispute with a landlord
- Victim to identity theft
- Changing legal name
- Adopting a child
- Lost driver's license due to a traffic violation
- Buying or selling a house
- Will preparation
- Dispute with a contractor
- Assuming guardianship of grandchild(ren)
- Collect inheritance
- Issue with a manufacturer not honoring a warranty
Note: Benefit-eligible employees can only enroll or change plan options as a New Hire or during Open Enrollment.
