Staff Development Survey

The Office of Staff Development is asking all certified staff members to take the National Staff Development Council's Standards Assessment Inventory (SAI) between May 1-15, 2008. This is part of the data gathered by the county on the impact of staff development in Gwinnett.

The survey takes 15-20 minutes to complete

All information collected is anonymous.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Click on this link: Staff Development Survey(SAI)
2. Click on the "Register to take a survey" option on the welcome screen.
(If you completed this survey last school year, do not register, but log-in instead, using your previous username and password. If you do not remember that information, simply register as a new user.)
IF THE SYSTEM SAYS YOUR NAME IS ALREADY BEING USED, SIMPLY ADD THE YEAR TO THE END, for example, JohnSmith08.

3. Enter our school-specific token, which is JHJII

4. Enter a username (your email address) and password (choose a password you will remember in case you don’t complete the survey in one sitting) If the system says your name is already being used, simply add the year to the end, for example, John Smith08, and it should work.

5. Once you have completed these steps, you will link directly to your survey. If you choose not to complete the survey in one sitting, you may click ‘save’ at any time to save your results and then return to the survey at a later date. To return to your survey, go to http://sai-nsdc.org/login.php and enter your username and password. The site will present you with your home page from which you can return to your survey.
