Chemicals In The Digestive System

The digestive system has many chemicals but I will start with the stomach. The chemicals inside the stomach are called pepsin, gastric juice, and hydrochloric acid. They have a big part in the digestive system. What they do is to make it easier for your body to use the food as fuel. Then when the stomach gets finished transforming your food into fuel it transfers the food to the small intestine. The small intestines chemicals are called pancreatic juice, intestinal juice, and bile. The chemicals inside the small intestine take out all of the bad stuff and keep all of the nutrients. So when your body takes out all of the bad stuff it takes it to the large intestine. That is why the small intestine's chemicals have such a big part. The large intestine doesn't have any chemicals but the large intestine  does have two very important parts of the digestive system which are the rectum and the anus.
