McKendree Elementary Student Registration

Online registration for all returning or new students will be available until July 27th.

STEP 1: Complete this required online registration form for each

student. The information entered is secure. Required school forms will be generated from the information given. Please note: Students will not be placed on a class list until this form is completed.

STEP 2: Click here to learn more about your child’s needed school supplies.

STEP 3: If you would like information about our school nutrition program, please click here. Returning families currently receiving free and reduced lunch or those interested in applying for free and reduced lunch must complete applications annually. These applications will be available on Registration/Open House, Monday, August 5th.

STEP 4: Parent Portal Registration form: (Only complete a new form if your email address has changed from the original form. Note: you must bring the new form into the registration office along with a valid Driver’s License for verification)

STEP 5: Bring the following documents into the registration office if you are new to McKendree.  If your address has changed please provide the registration office with an updated proof of residency.

Certified Birth Certificate OR Passport OR Federal Documents with date of birth

Immunization Certificate, Georgia Form No. 3231*

If your child's immunization record has expired, you will need an updated immunization form from your child’s doctor or the  Health Department.

Vision, Hearing, and Dental Certificate, Georgia Form No. 3300*

Student’s Social Security Card- or signature waiving this provision on the registration form

“2” Proofs of Residency in the McKendree School District:

One utility bill (other than phone) and one of the following: a non-contingent sales contract, current lease/rental agreement, most recent income tax return, current paycheck stub, current Medicaid card, current residential property tax statement or bill, current warranty or quick claim deed, current home purchase agreement, or current homeowner’s insurance policy, residency affidavit*

*Residency Affidavits are only valid for 1 school year. If the Residency Affidavit we have on record has expired, please print this  new one, complete it, and have it notarized. Return it to school with one current utility bill.

Certified Proof of Custody or Guardianship if you are not the natural parent**
