AUDIOLOGY

DEPARTMENT STAFF:

Andi Stein - Audiologist, Jamie Turner- Audiologist, Lisa Sampson -Audiologist, Teri Parkman - Audiologist, Gloria Bustamante -  Audiology Assistant

DESCRIPTION:

The Audiology Clinic has three fully equipped soundproof suites as well as some of the most advanced technology for providing complete hearing evaluations for all students.   We also provide hearing aid checks and help to determine if additional listening equipment is needed for a particular student. The audiologist may also serve as a consultant to a teacher who has a deaf/hard of hearing student in their classroom.  

DEPARTMENT SERVES:

The Audiology Department serves students residing in Gwinnett County age three through high school graduation.  A student undergoing testing for GCPS special education placement may be seen at age 2 ½..
