What is the CRCT?
 
All Georgia students in grades 1-8 take the CRCT (Criterion-Referenced Competency Test).  Middle school students are assessed in the areas of reading, English/language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.  Osborne students will be taking the CRCT in April. 

7th grade students must pass the Reading, Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies subtests of the CRCT to be promoted to 8th grade.

8th grade students must pass the Reading and Mathematics subtests of the CRCT to be promoted to 9th grade.
