Tina Duncan, Director of Instructional Services and Professional Development

Tina Duncan is the Director of Instructional Services of Special Education. Ms. Duncan has more than 26 years of experience, 17 of which have been in Gwinnett County. Ms. Duncan earned her Bachelor’s degree from North Georgia College in the area of Special Education. She completed her Master’s degree at Georgia State University in the area of Learning Disabilities and Behavior Disorders. Tina earned her Specialist in Education degree from The University of Georgia, and her Leadership degree also from The University of Georgia. Ms. Duncan has served at the local school level as a special education teacher, a special education support teacher, and an assistant principal. She served GCPS at the county level in the special education department as a special education program coordinator.
