Jacquelyn S. Okolo is the Coordinator of High School Programs for Special Education and Psychological Services. Ms. Okolo believes that all students have value and can be successful with the appropriate supports. She also believes that high standards should be expected of all students, and that teachers should never underestimate the power of expectations. Ms. Okolo holds a bachelor's degree in Special Education from Valdosta State University; a master's degree in Interrelated/Emotional Disorders from Valdosta State; an L5 Leadership Endorsement through the University of Georgia; and a specialist's degree in Educational Leadership from Argosy University. Ms. Okolo has been with Gwinnett County Public Schools since 1988. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience in all grade levels, and seven years of administrative experience working with students with special needs, parents, and teachers.
