Suzan Pattillo, Lead Teacher, VI/TBI

Suzan Pattillo is the Lead Teacher for the Visual Impairment and Traumatic Brain Injury Programs. The primary purpose of each of these low incidence programs is to provide for the unique educational needs of students. This includes supporting instruction with development of adaptive skills, assuring access to appropriate materials and instruction, and developing independent functioning. Ms. Pattillo obtained her bachelor's degree in Visual Disabilities and Elementary Education from Florida State University. She holds a master's degree in Deaf Education from the University of North Florida, and a specialist's degree in Assistive Technology from Georgia State University. Ms. Pattillo has done additional post-graduate work in the areas of Intellectual Disabilities and Educational Leadership.
