What happens when a decision has been made about reclassifying a position?


The recommendations from the Audit/Review Team are presented at the end of the review process to the CEO/Superintendent by representatives from the Human Resources & Talent Management Division. The Human Resources Representatives are the Executive Director for HR Systems and/or the Associate Superintendent, Human Resources & Talent Management.

The CEO/Superintendent's decisions concerning the recommendations are communicated to the Audit/Review Team and the Division Head by the Executive Director for HR Systems.
