What is the Goal of Reclassification?

Mission:
To develop a compensation and classification structure that supports the district’s strategic goal, which states that Gwinnett County Public Schools will recruit, employ, develop, and retain a workforce that achieves the mission and goals of the organization. The structure must have the consistency to meet the demands of acceptable/legal wage and salary practices and allow for strategically planned position reclassifications. |
