"Journey to the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands"
Part Two - Seamount Exploration
Join scientists as they explore the deep underwater ecosystems off the shores of the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands. One project will examine the relationship between the monk seals and precious coral beds. A second project will feature multibeam sonar mapping of the area to determine boundaries of the islands. (Part two of a four-part series.)

In The Case of the Barking Dogs, the tree house detectives accept the challenge of determining why dogs in the surrounding neighborhoods have unexpectedly started barking early in the morning and late at night. While investigating the mystery, the detectives learn about sound: what it is; how it is transmitted; and, how people and animals hear.
