New Student Registration Steps

space STEP 1: Please print this checklist before completing the online registration form in Step 2 so that you can enter a Reference Number. You will need to bring the checklist to school with the required documentation. Your child will not be entered into our student database and assigned a teacher until ALL required documents are received. Please make copies ahead of time, if possible.

space STEP 2: Complete this required online registration form for the student you are registering.

space STEP 3: Please print and complete the Parent Portal registration form. This will give you online access to your child's school information such as grades, attendance, classes, etc. Note: you must bring the form into the main office along with your Driver's License for verification. STEP 4: Click here for information about our School Nutrition Program. Returning families currently receiving free and reduced lunch or those interested in applying for free and reduced lunch must complete applications annually. These free and reduced applications will be available online after July 1, 2012 and will also be available on Meet the Teacher Day (Monday, August 5). STEP 5: Click here if your child has medical dietary restrictions. Print, complete, and return to Cafeteria Manager. STEP 6: Click here if you have not created an account for MyPaymentsPlus which will allow you to pay online for school items such as lunches/breakfasts, school contributions, PTA memberships, field trips, etc. Click for directions to create an account. Please do NOT make any payments until after July 20, 2012. STEP 7: Click for Supply List. STEP 8: Click for optional uniform information. STEP 9: Click for Student Accident Insurance information. * On Monday, August 5 (Meet the Teacher Day), you will be asked to complete a Gwinnett County Transportation Form in your child's classroom.
