The GCPS Home School department is the reporting office for families in Gwinnett County who provide home schooling for their children.
All home study programs must comply with the following laws:

Please note that Gwinnett County Public Schools does not provide or endorse any home school courses or services. Information regarding state requirements for curriculum or additional information about home school can be found at http://public.k12.ga.us.
Families must submit a Declaration of Intent within 30 days after the establishment of a home study program and by September 1 annually thereafter. In addition, families must submit monthly attendance forms. Gwinnett County Public Schools will no longer send out letters reminding parents to file the appropriate documentation. Please read the attached document for more information on the required documentation to be filed.

Remember to keep a copy of your Declaration of Intent and all Monthly Attendance Forms for your
records, and please print your name under your signature on all forms.
