It is now Georgia Law that every student between the ages of 15 and 17 must have a
"Certificate of Attendance" in order to obtain a learner's license and driver's license.
This form can be picked up or mailed to you from the Home School Office at
437 Old Peachtree Road in Suwanee.
Please note that the form is only valid for 30 days and must be used during that time period.
In order to obtain a Certificate of Attendance, a Declaration of Intent for the current school year
and the most recent Attendance Form must be on file at the Home School Office. |
